Michael, does this listing include the original box with matching IMEI?

I have the original box, but it was for the phone that broke. This one is a brand new one replaced by Square Trade insurance for the first one, so the imei doesn't match. Also to be clear, this is not a refurbished phone. I am willing to transfer the insurance to you as well as an extra benefit. It expires on 9/14/2016.

For this device to be listed as NEW (Resale), it must include the original OEM box with matching IMEI number as well as all of the original OEM accessories, also in new and unused condition. Please revise this listing to MINT and comment here when completed so that we can progress with the approval process. Thanks.

OK, I changed it to mint. The only difference is the box. The phone, the cable and the AC adapter are all in new unused condition.

Hi Michael. I'm interested in the phone, but please clarify how you know the phone is new and not refurbished. From what I've read about SquareTrade, their phone replacements are refurbished rather than new. Also not clear why a new phone would not have it's own box. Best, S.

I know it is not refurbished because I called AT&T and had them check the imei number. They will tell you if a phone is refurbished.
