One more question, it looks like there are a few small marks on the back. Is that dust or small scratches?

I did not purchase the extended warranty from Google, so I'm not sure If its still under warranty.
There are two visible nicks, shown on the second to the last picture. Its not dented in or anything, just a light scratch from being in the case.

How long have you had the phone? How's the battery life?

I've had the phone for a little less then a year and the battery life is still phenomenal on it. I have had multiple instances where I have gone a full day without charge.
