Ken, I would ship within 48 hours. If purchased today, I would have it shipped via Fed Ex tomorrow, my guess is Friday or Monday. I ship with signature required. It does have 512 GB of storage. I thought battery life seemed typical of all my previous MacBooks. Apple says 10 hours.

I'll buy it now if we can do delivery for Friday or Saturday. Fedex will leave it in a secure spot if i'm not home but otherwise I won't be able to sign for it. What do you think. Is the 8gb sufficient for everyday use in emails, web, etc? I don't do video editing. I'll be getting rid of my 2015 with 3.1 ghz and 16 gb ram.

Ken, if you purchase today, and your address is confirmed via PayPal, I'll make sure it is sent out today. I am pretty sure Fed Ex will have it to you by Thursday, I googled their ground shipping map: 2 days. I can only ship to the PayPal confirmed address and signature will be automatically required because of the declared value. The laptop is fantastic with what you are planning to use it for. I've had systems with 16GB of RAM and this is just as snappy. 8GB is plenty.
ok. As long as you can ship today, you think I'll have it in my office by Thursday? Otherwise I won't get it till Monday. Does it seem like an upgrade or downgrade from what i have. Either way I'm doing the buy it now.
I do think it will arrive by Thursday, but that's just what the Fed Ex map says. They are pretty reliable. I will provide a tracking number so you can follow it. I am selling it because I don't use it, I'm more of an iPad user. I don't keep computers very long and it's just too much computer for my needs.
