There are too many options available when going to this price point. My wife was at the AT&T store yesterday and they offered her a new S8 for only $550, so I cannot justify downgrading to the older phone model for that small of a difference. As you can see, the prices are continuing to go down the longer you are listed. Best and final offer $390 and will purchase today.

Does phone still have the full factory warranty?

The phone was purchased on 5/21/2017 so the warranty is still active. However, I am not sure about the transfer of warranty to the second owner. I can provide the proof of purchase to the buyer if that helps to register for the warranty. Typically, today's smartphones do not fail during the warranty period. Vast majority of the phones get damaged due to falls and accidents. Just my two cents. Hope this helps.
