I am trying to buy this phone but it says cannot complete transaction because of an address issue.. how to I fix that? My paypal address is same as shipping.

If PayPal is denying the payment, 99% of the time it is because the buyer does not have a PayPal confirmed address as required by the listing (or is not selecting the confirmed address when paying).
