The boot screen is red meaning the loading animation's background is red instead of black. The boot screen doesn't last too long anyway so it's not a big issue.

Hello! Could you post a picture of the result from running "powercfg /batteryreport" in a command prompt window with administrative privileges, thanks! I am curious about the battery wear. Also, is the charger the original charger? If so, could you also post a picture of that!

@Caleb M. I updated the images with a screenshot of the battery report. The charger it comes with is an aftermarket replacement.
The red screen is just a background on the boot screen. It doesn't affect the screen or performance in any way and you don't see it ever just on the bootscreen.
