Manish - This is not a replacement device. I am giving new USB Cable, new A/C Adapter and new headset. These are in original packaging and have not been opened. If you buy these from market, it will cost you $60-$75.Then I am giving the original box with mint condition black iPhone5.

Therefore $140 is not even possible.
