If PayPal is denying the payment, 99% of the time it is because the buyer does not have a PayPal confirmed address as required by the listing (or is not selecting the confirmed address when paying). i'm not even getting to selecting my credit card or shipping address it times out when i sign in with my paypal account. the response i'm getting is "Sorry, we can't complete you purchase at this time" "Please Return to the Merchant and choose another way to pay".
