The phone is in good condition. New battery (installed by Apple), 100 % battery life (see photo). New screen. It includes 2 cases, one of them is a Rhinoshield Solid Suite (imitation) Leather (see photo, the black one). Google it, incredible protection. As you'll see from one of the photos, the phone case made a kind of a shadow around the camera lens which will be covered by your phone case. Please, refer to the rest of the pictures to confirm the condition. Only one owner. It was an AT&T phone. It is now unlocked.

Apple did replace the battery. The screen was replaced by Battery + Bulbs (www.batteriesplus.com). Sorry for the delayed answer.
