First gen Moto X in mint condition. Comes with Mugen Power expansion battery. Black with blue trim. No blemishes anywhere. Screen protector has been on it since the day I bought it (new).

Also, would the built-in battery last a full day under "moderate" usage? (eg, ~2h screen on time, Wifi signal most of the time, less-than-stellar radio signal)

Hard to say about the battery. I used it fairly often during the day, so my usage would be classified as more than moderate. I bought the battery pack to make it through 18 hour days.
