HTC M9 - [SIM UNLOCKED/S-OFF/DEVELOPER EDITION ][Uh Oh Protection valid][CASE/TEMPERED GLASS]

Hello,

For sale here is a Like new, great condition HTC One M9. This is the AT&T version however I spent the $25 to S-OFF it and convert it to 100% Stock Developer Edition. This enable's the quickest updates possible and is currently on Android 5.1 without ANY AT&T bloatware or third party apps. It is also SIM unlocked and should work with any applicable GSM carriers without issue. Comes in original box with original packaging, charger and some extras. I talked to HTC support and they told me that the phone still qualifies for Uh Oh protection as the service is tied to the IMEI number on the phone and not the original owner!

Damage description

Phone is absolutely mint outside of two MINOR blemishes on the back that I cannot even get on the camera. The phone has to be held in a way that it reflects light from it's finish at an angle for a person to even see it. Uh Oh protection is transferrable if someone were that picky though.

Hi, ship to Canada, Quebec?
btw, is this rooted? just wondering how it can receive OTA updates =) pretty cool!
any issues with the phone's hardware?

I can ship there if you pay the additional shipping costs. Technically it was rooted, but that was to convert it to developer edition. It's 100% stock developer edition now.

No issues with hardware, works fine.

Jul 31, 2015 - 08:32 AM

Is it still rooted? I'd like it to be. If rooted, does it receive OTAs?

Robstunner Seller

It's not rooted. If it were to be, it would fail OTA updates.

Jul 31, 2015 - 09:01 AM

Ok, how do I root it? normal process on xda?
Can you do 407 USD to ship to here?
Can you declare item as less than $40? if not then I won't be able to buy it because they'll add a ~75$ tax to it at full price (happened to me before and I find that they're stealing when they do that).

Yes, normal rooting process. Let's see what swappa says about the declaration thing

Jul 31, 2015 - 09:06 AM

I checked and I didn't find anything in terms of use and policies. Maybe you can find something.

Robstunner I believe that declaring an item for that little would prevent you from insuring it for more than that, so if something were to happen and the package got lost in transit you would be left without the phone or money.

Jul 31, 2015 - 10:33 AM

Hmm.. If you ship it with a tracking number we should be fine. I never had an issue with lost mail as long as my address is written correctly.

I'll pass on this as I bought another. Thanks!

Would you be interested in trading with my galaxy s6 in white 64gb? It's brand new. I would need some cash thrown in on your side though.

Robstunner Seller
- Aug 10, 2015 - 05:41 AM

Sorry, that's $63 less than I'm asking for take home. Too low

Aug 10, 2015 - 06:23 AM

Ok no problem thanks for the reply.. I asked for $30 less .. Anyways I would go a max of $390 . Let me know if that works out as that's the max stretch I could do . Have a good day

Robstunner Seller

Technically 40 less with the swappa fee. I'll think about 390 but not really in a rush to sell. I'll drop to 400 for now.

Robstunner Seller

Which leaves me with 390 anyway

Aug 10, 2015 - 06:48 AM

Thanks for dropping .. But I would wait for $390 as my current balance in my account stand at $396 so technically can't go to $400.. Thanks anyways
