I have been in the cellular industry since 1986, and have had my business since 1992. We go to insurance auctions, as well as buy from individuals. We refurbish every phone that comes through the door and everything is gone through by hand and tested to insure that we deliver the newest looking and functioning product to our customers. We are strictly in the service and sales of all smart phones, tablets, and MP3 players. The phone is one that i bought in an insurance auction. These are great to use on Wifi for younger kids to play games or use as an MP3 player. It has been rebuilt in a new white housing, a new black screen, and will come with a new wall charger, and new usb cable. With this phone having a new housing, the labor to build the phone in that new housing, plus a new screen, new wall charger, and new usb cable, i have more than that in it, so with me having to pay for shipping too, i would certainly say no thank you! I appreciate the offer though.
make it 30$, as it is refub piece, screen and back housing will be 1st copy material, which wont last long.
I have more than $35 in new parts, so I'll pass. This phone is not unlocked, but i have one that is unlocked and is also listed.
It can be unlocked if you want to pay for the unlock.

You won't find these on eBay with brand new housings, new screens, new batteries, etc for less, and if you do, buy them. I'm not lowering my price and losing even more money. You are getting free shipping with this too, so I'm already taking a beating on these phones just to move them. I had over 50 of them and am down to these last few. Good luck to you!

You are welcome to buy the phone and then go online and take your chances with a online unlocking service, but that's what i charge to unlock one, sorry!
I have these phones as they are, and can't afford to change out screen colors and loose more money on them, sorry.
