Fantastic Deal for Verizon iPhone 4S 16GB MINT Condition!
Iphone 4S 1GB Black is in Mint Condition - Meticulously kept, and No signs of wear anywhere on the phone.
I buy and sell cellphones and thoroughly test each one to make sure they are in excellent working condition. All functionality is checked including: Wifi, Touch Screen functionality, Speakers, Mic, Earphone jack, Vibrate/Silence mode, Camera front and rear, Volume Controls, Home Button, Battery Charging capability, GPS, and that there is no longer an iCloud lock/account associated with the phone. Nearly every cellphone I sell comes from the original owner and must be in very good / excellent condition for me to purchase them.
A Generic iPhone 4S Box is included (not original box), no other accessories included because that's the way the phone came.

The IMEI is correct. I was having this same problem with Swappa's ESN checker last night, as I have quite a few to verify. I checked this again this morning and it returned CLEAR. I believe Verizon sight may be down, because I just tried to verify the IMEI with them and I can't get though all the steps to finish the check.
I just checked the posted ESN with Swappa's Free ESN check and here are the results:
