Yes it is fully paid off and off contract. I'm not sure if it can be unlocked (I'm not very good with computers/technology) and nothing has ever been repaired or replaced. I am the original owner and the phone is only around 9 months old. Completely perfect working condition.

Cornelius, I tried to verify but I am not the account holder, therefore I cannot submit the information. Based off of the questions it asked prior to me imputting the information, it should be able to be unlocked. It is not under contract, completely paid off.

Jerry C, yes it was bought with the next program. I've already dropped the price from $450 to $400 so I would prefer to not take any lower
