Sam, there is no issue with the iPad 3 and there is no need to be refurbished. Not sure where that info you got from? As listed, the iPad 3 is in excellent condition (looks and works like brand new)

Sorry! I had the listing wrong. the iPad was never refurbished nor rebuilt. I am the original owner and iPad looks and works great. No issues. Just trying to update to newer iPad and thus selling this.
