Yes I did buy it as a refurbished phone from apple. I do have the original box but I'm not sure what paperwork you're referring to? The only thing I can recall coming with is my invoice with my address and stuff. Battery life is actually great. Much quicker to charger than my iPhone 7+ and the standby time is great too. I've had to charge it maybe twice in the couple weeks I haven't been using it.

I’d say mint because there are no physical defects or with the hardware. I bought it refurbished from apple so if there were any fixes I’m not sure what they were!

How long did you use this phone and how can I make sure it was refurbished by apple?

I used it from August to late last month. I’m not sure but I do have my Invoice from when I bought the device

Sorry cannot lower anymore. I paid 500+ for this phone and I think the price is fair. Swappa has its own return policy For devices that aren’t as described but I don’t offer a 30 day return.

I understand, if that happens I’m sure you can open a claim through swappa and the will mediate if anything is wrong with the phone. I really can’t drop my price any lower because of the $15 swappa fee + PayPal fees I’ve already got it to where I will profit even less than $350
