Tell me about the scratches. Are they so light you can only see them at certain angles or are they pretty easy to see? Any deep scratches?

No deep scratches. You really have to hold the phone at an angle to really see any scratches.
Does this come with everything in the pictures? Box, usb cables, OTG Adapter, manual, etc? It says in the description "Does not include the retail package or sim card" but they're in the pictures so I'm unsure. Thanks.
