iPhone 5 16gb Unlocked white/silver page plus, straight talk, Verizion

iPhone 5, 16gb silver/white. Phone belonged to my wife, original owner of the phone, it's in very good condition, has had a Zagg invisible shield screen protector on it since I purchased and has been kept in a Speck case or a Survivor case since she got it, both items are included. Purchased refurbished directly from Straight Talk. She used it on Page Plus using Verizion towers, should work with Verizion as well. Selling because we upgraded to a 6s. Great phone, no issues. No sim is included.

It is an unlocked iPhone so I think a sim from any carrier will work. I used it on PagePlus.
