No EIP, Unlocked, Rooted, NO OS, Tmob Note 3
T Mobile Note 3. It is bootloader unlocked, rooted(SuperSU), & TWRP Recovery installed but NO SIM or OS meaning you must pop in a Tmob SIM & chose your own custom ROM/Gapps and install them via microSD. Access TWRP Recovery by holding the HOME-VOL UP-POWER buttons while powered off. It is in great condition/working order otherwise.

So, it comes without any OS(Roms) installed and I will be installing my choice.
Is there any lags or issues installing specific rom, once you might tried several?
Like lags with ( Camera, Touch Screen, Stylus, Battery Drain and .. etc)
That is a ROM developer question, not a hardware seller question. I'd advise you to go to xda.
It is not carrier unlocked. As my ad states it is bootloader unlocked.

How long you had this note 3? If i put in tmobile sim it should work and provide you 4glte?
Karan C. it will ONLY work with a Tmob SIM and yes it is a 4G LTE device which I had and used for over a year.
Signal strength/quality(Tmob goes from 4G down to E) depends on your location to nearby 4G towers.
As I said above to another, and for all future commenters on this topic, the ad states the price is non-negotiable.
