Won't let me buy it due to PayPal confirmed address......don't know why as I have a PayPal account with registered address and have previosuly bought phones thru PayPal on Swappa.
If PayPal is denying the payment, 99% of the time it is because the buyer does not have a PayPal confirmed address as required by the listing (or is not selecting the confirmed address when paying). Other sales are going through fine, so it's not a problem with the site. So I have bought two phones fine on Swappa last year and now I can't and it is somehow my PayPal account issue? Sorry, but I think I'll go shop somewhere else.
