I just dropped it to $150 today.
Don't know what Fees Swappa takes since this is first sale. Anyone know answer to this question?

Perhaps if you agreed to pay the Shipping -with whatever carrier you choose I may consider that Hoa?
Otherwise, since my price is now well below the "Norm" for this item, especially with the 2 Extended Batteries, I would be inclined to let it ride here on the site with reduced price.

I would have no use for extra batteries and power case. Would you take $140. and you keep the extra batteries maybe sell them on craigs\,s list ?

I guess I don't have much choice now since you sent the $140 via PayPal.
Let me read up & figure out what I am supposed to do on this site now to close out sale, and contact you via PayPal & email to arrange shipment (How Long to ship out, how does Swappa collect their fee etc?)
