few quick questions.....could you take a photo with it actually turned on? And could you highlight in a photo where the "scuff" is located?? Would you be able to share the receipt? Or at least a photo of it, with the personal details obscured?

Bruce, I tried to take pictures of the scuffs, but none turned out, will post a picture of the phone on and the original purchase receipt in the morning.
