The samsung is 100% guaranteed. The reason why i opened the box is to make sure nothing is missing. These two buyers who left negative feedbacks were because one wanted me to give him 50% off after he already had the phone for almost a month and the other one wanted me to add apple warranty on an iphone that apple no longer sells.
