I have an excellent 128 gig iPhone Plus for sale. I have all the original accessories and boxes. It's unlocked. It has a new Apple leather case that I will throw in. The screen is pristine, but there are a few tiny scuffs on the back. Excellent condition overall. All accessories, box, and Red Apple Leather Case included.

No warranty left. I'm not sure on the difference between factory and carrier unlock. I bought it direct from apple without a contract and had ATT confirm that it's unlocked recently. Some pics of edges are being uploaded as well.
