Honestly, I don't feel comfortable listing it as 'mint' since I have been using it for several months. My view of mint might be different than others and I don't want people to feel like I am misleading them. I mean, the phone is in excellent condition with no scrapes, dented edges, or anything like that. And the manufacture date is 7/15/2014. I have uploaded a picture of the back of the box for you.

James might want to block imei off in picture but just wanted to ask. When I sell mint it's like new meaning there are no scuffing or scratches and it would pull off as new besides it being used. I ask for date of manufacturing as there were several issues with earlier batches like screen issues and others. If you're not experience anything th en it's fine. I had this phone twice before but it was after July of last year. Assuming no nano Sim tray?

Glad you pointed that out on the pic! Gotcha on the status, and I would definitely call it like new.
As far as the touchscreen issues go, I have seen a lot of the posts on xda, but I have honestly never had a problem with it. And no, I am using the standard micro sim size.
