Surface 3- almost perfect condition with keyboard
Surface 3. intel atom x7 1.6ghz 4 gigs of ram. Not a scratch on the screen. Included is a red backlight keyboard also in great condition. The back of the tablet is also in great condition, no scratches.

How does Windows 10 licensing work? Is it assigned to the device and not the person? I want to make sure I can upgrade in the future.
It is assigned to the device. I actually ran into a similar problem on a laptop I use to have. This surface has active windows so you will have no problems.
The keyboard alone if purchase used will cost you another 50. Plus I have to pay shipping and the swappa cost. I really think the price is very fair
In the 4th picture, on the left side directly across from the Windows logo, is that a scratch?
