Dear: swappa. I had bought this phone samsung galaxy S5. And received on 2/8/17. first three day the phone is work ok. but the 4 day .started problem is keep restarted every 10min. And then show alert no Sim card. Can't text or call. I had call sprint to send me the Sim card. Plus the sprint had help with trouble shoot is still have same problem. I know the owners not except return but they can't sale the phone with problems when they know that.
And I need the swappa to step in restore this sale for to refund. And I had bought two phone from your swappa a year ago. With no problems. Except this time with this phone samsung galaxy S5. Thanks.
