If I order this phone today, can you offer tracking and guarantee that it will arrive to my (Indiana) address no later than Thursday Oct 19th?
1. Can you confirm that all phones listed below have already been unlocked for both CDMA and GSM network, and that they are ready to be activated for Verizon specifically: Items NSM619, ZRG747, NKH477.
2. Can you confirm that you offer no refund, only exchanges, unless you do not have same model and in the same conditions available?
3. Have you checked to ensure that the above items you have listed for sale were not stolen items? If not, please provide IMEI number for items so I can check with Verizon.

For 1: Nope, the listing did not specify whether or not it's ready to be activated for Verizon specifically. Listing also mentioned that I should check before I make the purchase that the phone has indeed already been unlocked, thus my question. For 2: Key words are"in the same conditions", which is not specified in your listing, thus my question. For 3: Irrespective of Swapp's policy, I'd like to know whether or not you, as the seller, has checked to ensure that the item is not a stolen item. Thanks.
For 3: Since your'e the seller and are required to know the policies, please provide the link to the specific page on Swappa site that you referred to above, the one that would actually answer my question on IMEI number.
