You can do it BUT the device is sealed so I am not sure how hard it would be.

Windows 8 or 10? Runs well enough for Abobe Products?

Came with Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 10. Runs it no problem.

What kind of Adobe products? I don't use anything more than Acrobat (which runs just fine) so I would check what the tech specs require for any software you want to run.
