Does this come with the Pen and Keyboard Cover? Also, when did Microsoft tell you that it's eligible for a replacement?

If I replace it, I would not sell it for $540 since it will be a Mint condition device. No Pen, they would replace the device only.

The Swappa fee is charged by the priced price already, e.g. if it displays $550($530+$20), that's included everything, I will consider that fee is charged by seller instead of the buyer. I can set it to $550 and that's all.

It includes Device, charger and the keyboard cover. I'll not have the device with me until later today since I have to work. The bright spot has shown in the 4th picture, please observe the central left, it's really tiny and couple scratches that has shown in the picture.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for changing the price. I gave Microsoft a call and they told me to ask what type of warranty the device is under. Is it the Manufacturer's warranty or the Complete Warranty?

Manufacturer's warranty I believe? Not sure. It covers all defects not incident.

Thanks! One last thing, I forgot. How is the condition of the keyboard cover? Are there scratches, dents, cracks?

Nothing wrong with it, it does have sign of use but no damage

Lawrence, this is not something I can make sure they would do the replacement since I don't work at Microsoft. This is what they told me and I don't know if you would get the same answer. However, since bright spot is observed and the device is under warranty. I'm 100% sure they will fix it or replace it.

So, I would not accept return if everything as described.
If it doesn't sell in 5 days, I will get it fixed by Microsoft and it will have a better condition.

Any reason you didn't just get it exchanged at microsoft yourself? You could have sold it for way more if you did. Seems kind of odd.

Since its not major, Id keep it for the next owner. From what I heared is if I repace the device, the warranty will shorten to 3 month. So Im pretty much doing favor to the next owner for something major.
But like I said, if the device doesnt sold in 5 days, I will get it replaced and sell more
