There is a problem with this watch. It has an iCloud lock on it and cannot be used. This also means it is not a new watch as advertised. Please advise your acceptance for return and full refund. This was quite embarrassing as I sent it to someone as a gift. And even though I completed the sale on this item, that was before it had been opened for activation. I was going on the assumption it was truly a new watch and it would not have any problems

I have the original owner of the device in the store right now. The buyer states that iCloud on the device is not his at all. The iCloud was added after delivery. I need this to be removed.
