Is it insured or is the warranty will active? How long ago did you purchase it?
It was purchased at the end of 2015 with a 2 year accident protection policy that should still be in effect. I didn't list it because I didn't feel like looking for the receipt, but since you have asked I'll spend a little more time looking.
you have it listed, used, for $500 more than than the brand new price on Microsoft's website. what do you think they mean?
Microsoft lists it at $1700 without $450 of accessories that are included. If you're serious, make an offer that is reasonable.
