Any scratches on the screen? Everything is functional?

Screen looks great I don't see any scratches. It boots fine everything seems to be good.

Is this GSM Unlocked?

Nothing has been unlocked or hacked in any way. That would effect activation. The only reason I dropped it down 10 dollars is to rush a sale. The phone is exactly as it is described in the ad. There are no known issues and in my opinion very close to mint condition. You would be hard pressed to find another in this condition for the price.

What I meant is if I can use this phone on a GSM like AT&T or T-Mobile.

Check you tube or Google. I really don't know what phones are best for your plans. Sorry wish I could be more helpful.
