This phone was a replacement phone from Apple on 7/17/14 and I have used it for past year. Phone has always had screen protector and case. Phone comes with SIM card and has been used with the TING phone service. I rated the phone in good condition because there are some marks on the side from the case.

I am not a smoker and the phone is clean and does not have any wierd smells. All the functions of the phone work screen, buttons, earphone jack, gps, accelerometer, wifi, camera.
