Does this phone come with a SIM card? And if not, what kind/size does it use? Also, what kind of charger does it use?

It does not come with a SIM card. It takes a normal sized SIM card and requires a normal Android charger (Micro USB).

I've never heard of any issues with heat or "7 Vibes of death." Did these phones have those kinds of issues?

Yeah, essentially its the Qualcomm Chipset giving a warning of board failure, a good way that ive been able to test for it is running Antutu benchmark, that tends to bring it out if it has the issue, I am interested in this phone if this doesn't happen
