Sorry for the delayed response. Had to check with HR as you guys got me scared. This device was not an award or prize, I bought it so I have been told it can be sold no problem. It is an employee edition and is on 5.1.

Sorry bout that only know that many I.g. employees still subscribe to the original "E.E. phones are only intended to be used on employee accounts." I have one that was why I asked. But the price is too high for me and was looking for either 4.4 or rooted. Thanks for responding.
