There are very minor scratches on the screen(you can only really see when the screen is off) and the bezel is in pretty good shape.

Hi. Has the phone been in heavy use this whole time? How's the battery life, relative to how it started? Also, just to double-check, this is the GSM version, not Verizon, right? Thanks.

Used the phone full time for about a year but I'm a moderate user. Battery life is still decent compared to when I first got it. This is the GSM version and not Verizon.
