Screen is in MINT condition, does have scratches, scuffs on the body, although nothing major from my perspective. Please look at the pictures carefully, as I will not accept returns based on cosmetics.

The price reflects the 17 month warranty that is included, please keep this in mind. This type of warranty is a big deal for these types of units. You can LITERALLY send this in for warranty for ANY REASON and Microsoft will send you a new unit no questions asked. Why do I not do this myself then? I already have too many unit registered to me and if I were to send every single unit for warranty exchange to Microsoft, I have no doubt I would get a call from questioning my returns!
But as a personal user sending in your one or two units, you will have NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!

You can literally turn the unit in to Microsoft for any reason and they will send you a new one

Keep in mind Microsoft sells the one year extension for $150
The warranty is worth at least $200, and with these units, it is priceless.
You can send in the unit (prepaid label) for whatever reason and get a brand new replacement, no questions asked

The Microsoft Complete warranty allows 2 accidental claims that you must pay a $50 deductible in order to receive a replacement device. Did you use any of the two claims? Also, would you be willing to lower the price to $700 if you only ship the device (no charger, case, or keyboard)?

This isn't the complete warranty with accidental damage
This is an extended normal warranty
This unit was previously an enterprise device but has switched to consumer but retained the extended standard warranty

I can do 715 for the unit alone
If so I'd certainly be interested in $715 for the unit alone if that's still an option.

@HasuPK - Thanks for providing the information. I am debating between your listing and another that I can get for 675 and it includes surface mouse. Yours does provide me with warranty but is it worth spending another $100 + $60 for the mouse. Can we meet somewhere in the middle and make the deal at 725?

Surface mouse can be had for around $30 on ebay most of the time in used condition, sometimes less.
Is the warranty worth around $100? I think it is for this long of a warranty, these units can be very temperamental.
