No it has a back with it. The backing has an atat symbol on it. You can use the standard backing or the case enclosed.

What specific Android operating system is this phone? Would you provide the last four of the Baseband version in the settings windows? Thanks.

Hi Teddy. Do you know what the eMMC number on this phone starts with? If it starts with "15" I'll buy the phone immediately. If you don't already know, there's a tool on playstore called "eMMC_CID_Checker.apk". It's a very small tool, easy download. (Google it if you want to know exactly what I'm asking you to do.) Install the checker and then run it, it should quickly show a simple text screen. A few lines down will be a long string of numbers. All I need is whether that long string starts with 11 or 15. If it's a "15" eMMC, I will DEFINITELY buy it. Thanks in advance.

In a comment above you stated that the back cover has "AT&T" on it? So is this a Verizon phone or not? Model SM-G900V, the "V" meaning Verizon?
