Yes, it is still available. There are no scratches on the screen. It had a screen protector on it which I only took off to show the condition of the screen in the above pictures. After the pictures were taken I put on a tempered glass screen protector for added protection. There are light scratches near the charging port and normal signs of wear on the sides as shown. It's still in excellent shape. If you'd like to see additional pictures just let me know. Thanks.
