Hello, You mention that you are the original owner but your purchase history would suggest you might have bought this phone off another person in 2015. Am I making a bad assumption?

Sorry, I have owned two of this same model, and I was thinking that this was the other one I had owned. I looked back, and you're correct that I purchased this one through Swappa. I've updated the listing.
