The phone is in fair condition with a few imperfections (See photos). It functions flawlessly. The charging port was JUST replaced and performs great (often a problem with older phones). Comes with a spare battery, micro USB charging cord, and Samsung A/C Adapter.

Charging port area is missing some paint on the metal, but like I said, the port itself has just been replaced and works great!

Camera lens has just been replaced as well and has no scratches.

Pictures are actual pictures of the device.

I've updated it to the latest that the phone will allow. If you want to flash your own version of the latest android that this device will support, the device is unlocked and will let you do that.

Ah yeah, there's no difference, you just have the ability to do more things if you want! I still have the original AT&T rom on there so everything should look the same
