Hello! Any willingness to negotiate on price? It seems that your asking price is over $100 more than the national selling price average for a 32g phone. And if we didn't want the otter box which you are advertising, could that bring the price down as well?

Hello Rebecca, it seems that you might be greatly misinformed, or maybe it's just me? Please show me where you can find a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 for $100 cheaper than what I am selling? Secondly, if that is the case then may I ask why you would rather come to me than just make a purchase from those establishments that are selling it for that wonderful price?

By the way Rebecca, at Bestbuy they have a new 64gb S6 selling for 27.83 for 24mos, which comes out to 667.92. So I'm just sitting here wondering where you are getting your information from, and who told you that the average for a brand new S6 is 265 ?

I just meant for the swappa pricing, I saw that the average sold for a 32g is around the $250 range. Your customer service towards an inquiring customer is clearly laced with distain, and really makes someone want to purchase from you! Next time, try a little less sarcasm and try helping your potential customer and new swappa user understand why they are misinformed. Thanks!

Hello Rebecca, my reply is laced with "accurate information" and not "disdain". I'm just giving you the facts. My response to you was based on your own misinformed inquiry, which attacked my pricing and made it appear as if I was overcharging potential buyers. You may not be aware of this or you may not care, but your comments are seen by others who may mistake them as "fact." So I'm sorry if you felt hurt by my response, but I simply replied to the misinformation in your comment, which was damaging to me and my efforts to sell a product. Also. there is a big difference between the "national selling price average" and the "Swappa selling price average.' Also the "average" is a compilation of new and used phones, so it is not an accurate way to assess the price of a phone that is listed as "new" phone.
