Damage description

Some chips in the paint around the edges and side. Some very slight lines in the screen that are only noticeable when the screen is off and viewed under direct light.

Is the Cyanogenmod Rom fully functional? Does the device still have OTG capabilities?

Yes, the ROM is fully functional. The only issue I noticed was the settings hanging when pulling up the data usage stats. I have never used OTG so I don't know if it has those capabilities or not.
