Will this work overseas (India). In the description it is written that even if it is UNLOCKED it might not work out of US. Can you clarify?

Gary R.: Those are not greasy fingers. Its simply some shadowing during picture taking. Also the front and back has OEM plastic covers on the device.

Thanks, my bad. Noticed the same effect on another listing and on further examination, decided it was just uneven leveling of the protective covering. I am still seriously considering yours. Are you the original purchaser? If so why did’t you use it? And why is the expiration of the warranty an approximate date? So many questions, sorry.
