Hi Peter, from the pics it looks like the body and screen are pretty mint??...is that the case??..do you see any battery power loss?..thanks

Yes, the body is in excellent condition. The screen has a very faint 1cm scratch on the side that I could only notice when the phone was off and I held the phone just right in the light. It was my wife's phone and in a case for the time that she had it. I'll ask her how the battery was (she didn't complain to me about it, so I'm assuming its in great shape as well). She's not very hard on her stuff, mainly goes in her purse from car to desk.

Peter, could you do me a huge favor...plug the IMEI into Ting"s BYOD checker...see if it works on GSM or CDMA, or both...really appreciate...i'm here, thanks

When I enter the IMEI into Ting, it says it works for both. I've posted a screen shot of the results.

Perhaps in a week, It already shows that I'm one of the lowest ones out there. After paying for Swappa and shipping I'm down about 30 bucks already from the 350. How much are you thinking?
