Technically it is unlocked. But I would verify with your carrier if you can use it prior. I think Sprint is the only non-working carrier for this phone. But don’t quote me on that.
presumably yes. the iPhone is a global phone. But you need to check with your carrier before purchase. I can not guarantee that it will work with "your" carrier if other than Verizon.

No i didnt apply for it to be unlocked. And the price that it is at is my standing selling price. This listing includes the phone, a case, the watch and watch accessories.
The charger stand doesn't indicate use for a 7+?? Does it work for this phone or just the watch?/
The charger stand supports the phone. Since all iPhones (5 - X) use the lightning connector. Im sure the packaging was designed pre-iPhone 7.
