1 owner, non-smoker. Phone is in BEAUTIFUL condition and was case kept it's whole life. Phone is rooted and running CM12.1 which can get me 2-3 days with limited used on one battery (TWRP as the recov mod). Phone is SIM unlocked from AT&T so you can take it anywhere.

The only major abuse spot is the bottom of the S-Pen which is quite common. The screen has very superficial scratches that you can only see when turned on edge with good light. If it wasn't for the pen I'd list it as mint. Back cover is brand new..... I might have the original box...will ship it if I find it.
