A Grade: Phone is flawless with no imperfections whatsoever. It has no scratches, no dings, no dents, no scuff marks. Screen, body and sides are in 10/10 condition.
B Grade: Phone is in near mint condition with light scratches, scuff marks or dings on the screen, body or edges.
C Grade: Phone has scratches, scuff marks, and/or dings on the screen, body or edges.
D Grade: Phone is sold AS-IS, please read the item description before buying. It is the buyer’s responsibility to see all pictures before purchasing. If an imperfection is pictured but not mentioned in the description, it is buyer’s responsibility to ask prior to purchasing.

Return Policy
On all devices sold, 3 days return no questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping fee.
1. if phone has plastic seals and is removed, 10% restocking fee applies and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee (only applies if no defect is found).
2. If device is defective, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Free shipping label will be provided if device is found of fault and a replacement will be shipping immediately upon receiving. If out of stock, 100% refund will be given (#1 does not apply).
3. 30 days warranty if device defects are found. Does not count if device is damaged, water damaged, broken, or any other misuse.
4. If device is return within 3 days without a flaw, buyer is responsible for both way shipping fee.
5. If return shipping label is provided, phone must be shipped the next day. Everyday it’s late, a fee may be added as device depreciates daily.
6. If we don’t have a replacement unit in stock, a 10% return fee applies for every 30 days of sale, NO EXCEPTION. Ex: device is returned after 2 months, 80% of the original purchase price will be refunded.

Hey, trying to see how many scratches are on the screen. Could you post a couple pics with a black screen to point them out? Thanks!
It is actually very hard to see it has one small little hair line scratches on top right of screen. Can't hardly see or for the camera to catch.
