This is a pretty much new Surface Pro 3. My last one wasn't booting up, so I went to the Microsoft Store and they gave me another one free of charge. They turned on the Surface, but it is one day old with absolutely no signs of wear. It looks new, because it is new.

The warranty covers the surface until May 8th, 2018. It's official from Microsoft, so you can literally take it to a Microsoft store and get a replacement if you have a problem with it. It also includes accidental damage - but you have to pay a $50 deductible if you crack the screen like I once did. There's also a way to repair it online if you don't live near a Microsoft store.

The accessories are in good condition, but have signs of use as those are not new. It comes with two pens (because I lost the first one, then found it). Two power adapters are included. One is the original, one is a knock off one that still works. I have the Surface Arc Mouse - the really cool one that bends. Also the purple back-lit keyboard which is quite handy.

I'll take detailed pictures of everything so you can see the condition.

Edit: Device color says "white" but it only comes in one color - silver. So it's silver.
